1. Acceptance

By using WoW-Private-Servers.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Server Listings

You may submit a WoW private server listing if you are the owner or an authorised representative of that server. You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to reject, remove or suspend any listing at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) listings that are fraudulent, harmful, or violate these terms. Listings must include a working website URL. Dead or parked domains will be removed.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings or reviews that contain hate speech, harassment, illegal content, malware links, phishing content, or false information. Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience.

4. Reviews & Ratings

By submitting a review you grant WoW-Private-Servers.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that review on the site. Reviews are moderated before publication. Fake or incentivised reviews are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5. Premium Listings

Premium listing fees are non-refundable once your listing has been activated. We reserve the right to remove premium status without refund if a server violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

World of Warcraft® is a registered trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. WoW-Private-Servers.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. All user-submitted content (logos, banners, descriptions) remains the property of the submitter.

7. Disclaimer

WoW-Private-Servers.com is a directory service only. We do not operate any of the listed servers and are not responsible for their content, uptime, or conduct. Use listed servers at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
