WotLK leveling guide for private servers — fastest routes in 2026

Sharing my leveling notes from several playthroughs on WotLK private servers. These are the fastest routes I've consistently found: 1-20: Your starting zone fully, move on early. 20-40: Hillsbrad Foothills, Stonetalon, Ashenvale depending on faction. 40-58: Western Plaguelands, Felwood, Winterspring. 58-68: Hellfire Peninsula until 62, then Zangarmarsh and Nagrand. 68-80: Howling Fjord or Borean Tundra → Grizzly Hills → Storm Peaks. With rested XP you can realistically hit 80 in 4-5 days /played on most servers with standard 1x rates.
